Greensboro, N.C. — Kathy Manning issued this statement in response to the tragic act of violence today at a Pittsburgh synagogue:

“Our hearts go out to the Pittsburgh community and all those who were impacted by the horrific shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue. Sadly, these acts of terror have become all too common,” said Kathy Manning. “We cannot allow hateful rhetoric and acts of violence to become “normalized” in our country. We must swiftly condemn these actions and take common sense measures to stop the violence that has become too prevalent across our nation.”
