“Due to Hurricane Florence, which is set to make landfall in North Carolina this week, our campaign will be suspending campaign activities beginning on Friday. The safety of North Carolinians is our top priority, and we encourage everyone to make necessary preparations, listen to local law enforcement, and stay safe during the duration of the storm. We will resume campaign activities following the passage of the storm.”
