Shortly after officially filing to be on the ballot for Congress, High Point Leader and State Representative Cecil Brockman (HD-60) endorsed business and community leader Kathy Manning for North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District.

“Having represented the people of High Point in the General Assembly for the past four years, I know that they are just looking for a good, stable job, a sound education for their kids, and access to quality health care for their family,” said Representative Cecil Brockman. “Kathy Manning has spent her career as a leader in the community who shares those exact priorities. In Congress, I know she will be able to find solutions and work hard to get them done for her constituents.”
